By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

 

Pricing and Availability

 

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact, you we will treat the order as canceled.

 

Products are invoiced in Rwandan Francs (Frw) or US Dollars (USD) based on your selection Reading Technology Ltd may revise the price of any item from time to time depending on market conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice and once changed, they cannot be claimed against any order already processed or delivered. Reading Technology Ltd will not issue refunds if a price drop occurs after a customer purchases. Reading Technology Ltd carries an extensive stock of products to ensure prompt delivery; however, it does not guarantee that any item will be in stock or that it will continue to be carried in stock. Selection of inventory may change and is subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not indicate that your order has been accepted, nor does it suggest that the product has been sold to you. Reading Technology Ltd reserves the right after receiving your order to accept or decline it for any reason. Reading Technology Ltd reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to request additional verifications or information before taking any order.

Receiving your order:

After receiving your product, please scrutinize it as to its contents and condition. Before opening or breaking the factory seal, please ensure that the model number on the packing or carton matches your order. Opened products or with a broken factory seal or switched will not qualify for a return.

Payment

Payment will be made as available on Reading Technology Ltd.'s Website (www.readinstore.com) or apps (www.readinstore.com). Reading Technology Ltd may suspend deliveries or Services until full payment for that order is made. If payment is late, Reading Technology Ltd may charge interest at the rate of 4% monthly on the delinquent amount, and the costs of recovery shall be payable by you.

Cancellation

You may not cancel or reschedule an order once accepted by Reading Technology Ltd unless approved by Reading Technology Ltd on a case-to-case basis. Requests for cancellation or rescheduling might be subject to liquidated damages charge of the order's purchase price.

If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will request a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost.'

Delivery times advised to you are estimates only, and Reading Technology Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay suffered or incurred by you or your end-users arising from late or non-delivery of the Products.

 

Payment 

 

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Products Warranty

All items sold by Reading Technology Ltd are warranted solely by the Brand/Manufacturer. All items needing repair or maintenance should be handled directly by the manufacturer by contacting their service center for a warranty claim. Reading Technology Ltd is not liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty services. Reading Technology Ltd reserves the right to inspect and apply its own RMA policy prior to replacement or refund approval. Other than what is provided by the brand/manufacturer, Reading Technology Ltd clearly disown any warranties or ownership in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted
